What does SAMRUM's personality test and reports cost?
The test and your personality profile are free — permanently, not a trial. Relationship reports are one-time purchases. No subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and no hidden fees.
Which payment methods does SAMRUM support?
Payment is handled via Mollie. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. We're working on adding more payment options.
Can I get a refund for a SAMRUM report?
Reports are generated immediately after payment, so we generally can't offer refunds. Contact us at [email protected] if something went wrong — we assess each case individually.
What's the difference between the report types?
A couple report focuses on your relationship as two adults. A parent-child report examines one specific relationship. A sibling report shows the dynamic between children. A family overview shows patterns across the whole family. The reports don't overlap.
What if not everyone in the family has completed the test yet?
You can't purchase a report until all relevant participants have finished their test. The system shows exactly who's missing. You don't need to take the test at the same time — everyone does it when it suits them.
Can we retake the test and buy a new report?
Yes. The report is based on your answers at that point in time. If you retake the test later, you can purchase a new report based on the new answers. Patterns can change over time.
Can family members share an account?
No. Each person has their own account and takes their own test. You're connected through the family feature — but test answers and login are individual. This ensures everyone answers independently.
What is a focus track — and how does it differ from a report?
A report gives you the full picture across all 10 axes. A focus track takes one pattern and gives you practical everyday tools over 4 weeks — with a short message each week. The report is analysis. The track is action. Both come in individual and relational versions.
What is "Right now" — and does it cost anything?
"Right now" is a free moment guide you can use after an argument or when something feels wrong in a relationship. You choose a person, answer 4-5 short questions, and get an AI-supported guide with pattern recognition and a plan for the next few hours — based on your actual profiles. It costs nothing and will stay free. Requires both people to have completed the test. Available in the app under "Right now".
