One-time payment. The report is created automatically and is usually ready within a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions
How old do children need to be to take the test?
The test is designed for children from around age 6. Younger children may struggle to understand the questions, even with help from an adult.
What if we want more reports?
Each report is purchased separately. There are no bundle prices or discounts for buying multiple reports at once.
Can we take the test again and get a new report?
Yes. The report is based on your answers at that time. If you take the test again later, you can buy a new report based on the new answers.
What if not everyone has completed the test?
You can't buy a report until all relevant participants have finished their test. The system shows exactly what's missing.
Is there a subscription or recurring payment?
No. Each report is a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no auto-renewal, and no hidden fees.
Can I get a refund?
The report is created immediately after payment, so we generally can't refund. Write to us if there's been a mistake or something unusual.
Can I pay with Apple Pay?
Payment is handled via Mollie, which supports credit cards and Apple Pay. We're working on adding more payment methods.
Are all reports the same?
No. A couple report focuses on two adults. A parent-child report looks at one specific relationship. A family overview shows patterns across the whole family.
Can family members share an account?
No. Each person has their own account and takes their own test. You're connected through the family feature – but answers and login are individual.
