These terms apply to your use of SAMRUM. By creating an account, you accept the terms.

1. The service

SAMRUM is a digital platform that helps families understand their dynamics through tests and reports. We offer age-adapted tests and generate reports based on the answers.

2. Account and access

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Adults can manage children's profiles in the family. Teenagers (13-17) can have their own login but cannot make purchases.

3. Payment

The test gives you a free profile. Relationship reports are a one-time payment with no subscription. All prices are shown including VAT. Payments are handled securely via Mollie.

4. Right of withdrawal

Since reports are generated immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of digital content, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual property

All content on SAMRUM, including tests, reports, and graphics, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or sell the content.

6. Disclaimer

SAMRUM is not therapy or diagnosis. Reports are for self-reflection and communication. Seek professional help if needed.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
